I was extremely happy with the product. The bracelet is made out of high quality swarovski crystals with a sterling silver clasp and 21st charm. It shipped quickly and was beautifully packaged in a ribboned purple box. It also contained a 21st birthday insert card with a well written sentiment. It was perfect for this special occassion. I loved it!
